Present simple	Present continuous
We always wear glasses	James is talking with his friend
They don't wear glasses	She isn't wearing a jacket today
Do they wear glasses?	Are they watching TV at the moment?

• We use the present simple to talk about habits and routines.
• We use the present continuous to talk about things that are happening at the moment.
• We usually use the present simple with adverbs of frequency.

2. They walk every day.
3. He talk with her friend every morning.
4. We use Internet daily.
